Tammy has been our travel agent for well over a decade, but somewhere along the way she ceased to be our travel agent, and became a lifelong friend. Our group is always large and diverse, and Tammy has booked five group cruises and our 40th Anniversary trip.
I deal with a lot of suppliers and I can tell you first hand that in today’s business world it’s a rare commodity to deal with someone like Tammy, that says what they can and will do, and then does it without exception. She is that person. The only issues we’ve ever had, Tammy was not responsible for, but yet when advice was sought, Tammy solved the issues anyway. Like I said, our group is always large and diverse and the gifts of appreciation that Tammy has delivered to our room shows taste and fore thought. Gifts, I might add, that are not part of the “package”, but rather something that Tammy does to show appreciation. Cruises, flights, transfers, lodgings not provided for by the cruise plan, all transportation to and from the cruise terminal, dinner seating, shore excursions, and anything else six or seven couples can dream up, Tammy handles without issue, or complaint. I’m thinking of adopting her.
On another note, as important as the service we receive for cruises that we book, I call Tammy regularly with questions about places and people and I receive the same service when it’s obvious that I’m “window shopping”, as I do when we’re calling to seriously book something.
Before my simple, heartfelt thank you turns into a novel, I’d recommend Tammy to any that read these words for all travel plans that they can imagine, and if they lack imagination as I do, they should call her and ask for ideas for places to go, and things to do, for those that are important in their life.
If this is read by anyone that would like to call me for more information, I can be reached on my cell phone at 925-595-9485.
Thank you,
Ed Taylor
